By accessing or using the BookAura mobile application (on Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
- Reservations: An appointment is confirmed once processed via in-app payment or cash-on-arrival confirmation.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments within the salon's cancellation window as displayed in the booking details screen.
- No-Show Policy: Repeated failure to attend confirmed appointments without prior cancellation may result in account suspension.
3. Service Providers & Professional Standards
Beauty service providers operating on BookAura represent and warrant that they possess all necessary licenses, training, and commercial insurances required to perform their offered beauty, grooming, and wellness treatments safely and legally.
4. Payments, Platform Fees & Commissions
All digital transactions are processed securely via third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Service providers agree to the standard platform commission structure configured for processing appointments and platform maintenance.
5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Users agree not to engage in harassment, abusive communication, fraudulent bookings, or submission of counterfeit identification documents. BookAura reserves the right to terminate accounts violating safety standards.
